Sean Maricich

Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm a third-generation contractor who grew up around job sites, tools, and the kind of hands-on experience that only comes from being immersed in the trade.

Driven to expand my understanding of the built environment, I chose to study architecture at NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego, where I earned my degree. Right out of college, I joined a team focused on flipping homes, I led the design and directly participated in the builds, blending creative vision with practical execution.

In 2016, I moved back to my hometown of San Pedro, CA, and launched my first design and build company. After several successful years completing smaller remodels, I decided to move the business to San Diego to take on more complex and custom projects. That decision led me to partner with Jim Plunkett, a contractor who shares my passion for high-quality, full-service residential construction.

Today, our mission is to provide a comprehensive, start-to-finish building experience, from the initial design concept through construction and ultimately handing off the keys. Whether it's a custom home or a major remodel, we bring together thoughtful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and transparent communication to deliver exceptional results.
